At the end of the day delivered by Bee

[Bertie cringes at the rough language Ammond uses to describe herself. Thanks to the translation effect, he has the benefit (and misfortune) of understanding the context of her words. It takes him a bit to write back as he has to mull everything over. He's not sure what sort of person would have a role like the one Murai described apart from a tramp, and he doesn't think that's what she means. He very much hopes that isn't what she means.]

Dear Ammond,

I'd like to be friends, as well. I daresay it will make tea with the family much less awkward. And I do sort of consider you family, you know? Like a cousin. That's a sort of person who's got the same relatives as you on one side of the family tree. You're Ienzo's moirail and I'm his matesp fianc mat partner. Getting on together will make him happy, and I think we're both out for that. And I do like you most of the time! When you aren't being a blighter.

[Bertie doesn't do emotes, but he hopes that comes across as joking.]

I'm something of a blighter myself, I know. Again, awfully sorry for that! Could we start over a bit? Pass a lot of the unpleasantness under the bridge and carry over? I don't think you're anything less just because you're a lowblood, old girl. Truth be told, apart from Ms. Feferi, a lot of the highbloods seemed a bit unpleasant. It's really just about you being a girl. For me, anyway. I'll try to quit that as best I can, but do feel free to box me if I'm tipping towards being an ass about it again.

Best,
Bertie
